Choice one — the floor plan that fits your life
We don’t hand you a brochure with seventy-two plans. We have six, give or take, per community — from the 1,287-square-foot Snapper to the 2,337-square-foot Exuma. The point isn’t volume. The point is that each plan is genuinely different in how it lives. Open kitchen or galley? Single or two-story? Three bedrooms with a flex room, or four bedrooms with a real office? We start by asking how you actually spend a Tuesday night, and the right plan reveals itself in about thirty minutes.
Choice two — the elevation that matches your block
Florida farmhouse, transitional, modern coastal — the elevation is the first thing your neighbors see and the last thing most builders let you choose. We let you. The Bay floor plan in Pure White Farmhouse reads completely different from the same Bay in Downing Slate Transitional. Same square footage, same interior. Different home.

Choice three — the cabinet color you’ll see every morning
Cabinet color cascades. It sets the backsplash, hints at the counter, constrains the hardware, nudges the lighting. Light or dark is the first question. We’ll ask: what color do you want to walk into in the morning? Most people answer instantly. From there, four other choices fall into place without effort.
Choice four — the counter that does the work
Quartz is engineered, uniform, low-maintenance. Granite is natural, varied, a touch more demanding. Most Estela buyers go quartz; we keep granite for the buyer who wants a one-of-one slab. Neither is wrong. The right answer is the one you’ll feel right about wiping down ten thousand times.
Choice five — the hardware that quietly tells the story
Matte black reads modern. Satin nickel reads classic. Both age well. Both are easy to clean. Pick the one your eye keeps returning to in your design center binder — that’s the answer.
Choice six — the lanai that becomes your favorite room
Every Estela floor plan starts with a covered lanai. It’s the room you’ll use the most, and we treat it that way. You choose the size, the orientation, the finish — and on most plans, whether to extend it into a screened-in outdoor living room. Florida earned it. Your home should reflect it.
What we don’t make you choose
We make most of the engineering decisions for you, on purpose. The energy package, the warranty coverage, the structural integrity, the building code compliance — those are ours to handle so you don’t have to. Our home warranty goes well beyond the FL standard, and that’s baked in, not optional.
